Sustainable Sushi Guide was originally developed as a student project for SEA Semester: Historic Seaports of Western Europe in summer 2016. The main goals were to make sushi menus easier to understand for people who don't speak Japanese and to help consumers make sustainable seafood choices.

All code, art, and research for the app was done by Kate Salesin, a 2016 computer science graduate of Cornell University. This is her first app.
